A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hey, nice to meet you.
My name Is Anthony Chatmon II. I am a professional photographer and an actor both on Television and Broadway. Originally from Los Angeles, California, I moved to NYC after graduating college at UC Irvine where I received a BFA in Musical Theater. Shortly after moving to the city I booked my first tour and went on the road with The Book Of Mormon. It was there that I picked up my first camera. City to city I found myself glued to being behind the lens. Some said it would only be a phase and that I would get over it. But I knew deep inside that I had found something special...
Over the years I have shot hundreds shoots and have had an opportunity to really work with some great people. This experience has really allowed me to learn how to work with some many different types of people. I pride myself on being able to connect with persons on a personal level and really capture Images that are comfortable and genuine. I also attribute that to my training and work as an actor. I have had a rather successful career as an actor In NYC. Two National Tours (The Book of Mormon, Fiasco's Into The Woods) and Two shows on Broadway (Be More Chill and Hadestown) I've also worked on many New York City TV shows Including (The Other Two, Blue Bloods, Law and Order:SVU, Bull, The Late show with Stephen Colbert and a soon to be release Apple TV+ show)
